Live sustainably with metro, nature and community — furnished in Ørestad Syd
Furnished 2-room apartment in Grønne Eng, Ørestad Syd — sublet 1 Nov–31 Aug
Furnished, move-in-ready 2-room apartment of 86 m² in Grønne Eng, Denmark’s first gold-certified sustainable housing community. Available for a fixed term from 1 November 2026 to 31 August 2027.
The home
Large open-plan kitchen-living room with light and views over both the courtyard and the surrounding nature. Bedroom and private bathroom. Small balcony with an open 180-degree view across Kalvebod Brygge, and an access gallery facing a green, welcoming courtyard with a grill, tables and water play in summer. The apartment can be furnished as shown in the floor plan — please note that the room-dividing wall has not been built.
The community
Large shared roof terrace with a greenhouse/conservatory two floors up, overlooking the Natura 2000 nature reserve. Communal dining and free access to wood, metal and bicycle workshops, a co-working space, a creative room and a small rehearsal room. Metro around the clock — just minutes to both the city centre and the airport — plus a car-sharing scheme, EV charging in a parking garage (5 min walk) and cheap shared laundry.
Location
Green and quiet, yet right in the middle of everything. A perfect base for cycling out into nature — about 30 minutes by bike to the city centre, green the whole way. In summer, the Byskoven swimming spot is only 12 minutes away by bike.
Ideal for one or two people who want to live sustainably and be part of an active community.
